THE WRINKLED FINGERS RULES (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

01. THE CREATIVE STUFF We pour a lot of heart into our designs, photos, and vibe. All content on this site belongs to Wrinkled Fingers. We love it when you share our work on social media, just please tag us or give proper credit. If you want to use our work for anything else, give us a shout first for written permission.

02. THE HANDSHAKE By placing an order, you’re agreeing to the terms laid out here. We might tweak these from time to time as we grow, so feel free to check back occasionally.

03. SECURE CHECKOUT We keep it simple: iDEAL, Wero, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed instantly so we can get your order moving. If you hit a snag at checkout, email us at wrinkledfingersinfo@gmail.com.

04. THE "CHANGE YOUR MIND" PERIOD (Returns) We want you to love your purchase, but if they aren’t a perfect fit, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to let us know.

  • How to do it: You can use the "Withdraw" button in your account area or send us an email.

  • Small Print: Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake.

05. OUR QUALITY PROMISE We stand by what we make. Under Dutch and EU law, you are entitled to a product that works as it should. If your item has a manufacturing flaw, let us know within 2 months of spotting it. We follow the standard "legal guarantee"—if it’s broken and it’s our fault, we’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you.

06. BORDER CROSSINGS (Taxes & Duties)

  • Inside the EU: 21% BTW (VAT) is already included in the price you see.

  • Outside the EU: You are responsible for any local import duties or "surprise" taxes your country might charge. We can't refund these, so check your local rules before hitting 'buy'!

07. SIZING & STOCK We do our best to keep the site 100% accurate. If you order something that just sold out, we’ll let you know immediately. Most of our pieces are unisex—check our size guide or message us for advice if you're unsure about the fit.

08. YOUR PRIVACY We only collect the data we need to get your package to your door. We don't sell your info. Period.
