REFUND & RETURN POLICY
01. THE 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer laws, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items. This is your "cooling-off" period to ensure you love your new accessories.
02. RETURN ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
03. HOW TO START A RETURN To start a return, you can:

04. WHERE TO SEND YOUR RETURN To protect our privacy and ensure your return is processed quickly, please do not send items to our registered office. All returns must be shipped to our dedicated service point:

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or sent to the wrong address may experience significant delays.
05. DAMAGES & ISSUES Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong thing, contact us immediately at wrinkledfingersinfo@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.
06. EXCEPTIONS We cannot accept returns on:

Custom or Personalized items (specially made for you).

Sale items or Gift Cards.

For hygiene reasons, certain accessories (like earrings) can only be returned if the seal on the packaging remains unbroken.
07. EXCHANGES The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
08. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the transaction.
